Fees

All sessions are 55 minutes long and by appointment only. Session fee applies to the intake session as well.

• One time 15-minute phone consultation: Free

• Individual sessions: $175

• Couple's sessions: $200

• Family sessions: $200

*If you do not present to a scheduled session or cancel with less than 24-hours notice of scheduled start time, you will be charged a $75 fee.

Out of Network Benefits

​

I am an Out of Network provider, which means that I do not accept private or commercial insurance (other than Aetna). If you would like to work with me because you believe we might be a good therapeutic fit, you may contact your insurance provider to ask about your Out of Network Benefits, specifically for mental health services with a licensed clinical psychologist. This means that you would pay for services when they are rendered, and your insurance company may reimburse you a portion of those fees.

The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

• Payments are made directly to Dr. Turcios-Cotto at the time of service.

• Please make checks out to Viana Behavioral Health & Wellness, LLC.

• Credit card charges are processed at the time of service with the credit card you have chosen to have saved on file.
